Welcome to my meditation playlist. I’m excited to share my growing resources for physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. I have improvised and added my own style to these, and I hope you find them both enjoyable and helpful.
These practices are examples of mindfulness practices that are used in wellness settings to support physical and mental health.
This set of meditations are taken from Sean Fargo’s mindfulness exercises.
The following meditations are in Sight practices, which are designed to help us overcome our internal critics, address distractions and addictions, and free up our exiled inner child. These practice take us inside and connect us to internal parts that took on burdens earlier in life to protect us from external threats.
These practices are taken from the Internal Family Systems Skills Training Manual by Frank Anderson, Martha Sweezy, and Richard Schwartz.
The following meditations are faith based. For those of us who turn to the Creator for guidance, these practices are meant to support our quest for purpose and integrity in the eyes of the Creator.
It is recommended that you say a prayer, give some money to charity, and set an intention to grow in goodness and kindness before doing these practices.
Thank you, Rav Dov Ber Pinson, Rav Moshe Genuth, and Sara Yehudit ScHneider for providing scripts and inspiration for these practices.
